A 5 week course for Spiritual Formation and Encouragement Together. Week 1 is setting up habits fo 4 Step Method of Prayer, Practicing the Presence, Muscle Relaxation and Deep Breathing, Three Good Things, Prayer Request Tracking; and Reviewing Background of Book of Mark and answer questions, and One Thought Dumping Session. At end of Week 1 will be a zoom meeting for group sharing and coaching. Week two expands on the habits to include Scripture Reading of Mark and Praying in the Spirit ; Week 3 is similiar to week 2 but with a zoom at the end of the week; Week 4 is similar to week 2; Week 5 is like week 3, with a zoom session at the end
